ALMARO was established in 2020 as the first modern bakery with a Mexican soul in the UAE, based in Dubai. In 2022, we made the decision to open our first brick andmortar store in DIFC.

In 2023, our lives took a turn, and we decided to transform into a healthy bakery hub where people can connect and create. Today, we are proud to say we are game changers in the healthy food industry. You may ask why. Apart from traditional and well-known pastries, we produce and offer a range of options to suit everyone’s tastes and dietary needs, including High Protein, Low Carb, Sugar Free pastries, and sweet bites.
